Greatest place to go for home cooked food. Friendly atmosphere. Greeneville to Baileyton is a short drive to get such great service and food.

Owners are always nice and friendly and the employees are as well, the food is always on point and is a must try place

Ask for 2 items left off order had to ask more coffee 3 tables got food before we got ours tho we was there before all 3 tables we was only 2 at table others had 2 single an 1 table with 2 been here before service was good

Great little local family restaurant off the interstate.

While driving on I-81, my husband and I searched for a restaurant near the interstate to grab a quick bite to eat, and we stumbled upon Baileyton. Based on the diner-esque vibe, I was concerned that the menu might only have fried food options, but I was pleased with the menu choices. We ordered the beef tips with a baked potato and a grilled chicken salad. In a matter of 5 minutes, our food was ready, and it was delicious! The restaurant itself is clean along with the bathrooms. Overall, I would go to this restaurant again.

Stopped for breakfast and is was all so freshly made. Well worth the stop.

This an awesome example of a hole-in-the-wall GREAT food place. Very affordable, delicious, great prices, service is usually very good. The ambiance is a haze of fried grease smoke, burning your eyes and floating over plastic tablecloths, and a building that should've been torn down years ago. But we're glad they're here!! Biys...an upgrade or two wouldn't hurt.

Great small town diner with good food. Inexpensive and real tasty. Dessert was also fantastic!

Fish fry night. Good crust on the fish and my side's were good.

Place has improve a little over the last time I visited. At least I didn't spend the rest of the day in the toilet like it used to do to me.

This is one of those hidden away places that will surprise you. They have daily specials that are always delicious. I especially love their southern style vegetables and pasta salad. Prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is family dining.

Bad food the second time we was there my wife got a grilled ham sandwich and the bread was not grilled our food was sit down on the table and we was never asked about if we needed anything or to see if we needed refills on drinks but the people sitting right next to us was asked and got there refills we will not be going back there

Truck driver had to walk almost a mile. But great food and great service. We can get a bob tail in. Everything was homemade and it was the best! Especially the prices for what we got!

Asked for a recommendation for a burger from a waiter and got the Texas burger. It was way more affordable then I thought it would be, was ready fast, and was surprisingly good.

Friendly staff quick service good food.

We go here sometime after church. The food is home cooked style. I enjoyed it. The only thing is in main dining room not alot of room. It's loud in there. The waitress tries to help everyone as soon as possible.
